The exhibition brings together paintings and sculptures, transcendental works of Peruvian art from the last decades of the 20th century. Among them, the work Bales by Armando Williams is on display, which is part of the Lima Museum of Art Collection. It is a work composed of three oil paintings that were created between 1982 and 1983 and finally, integrated into a triptych. Confrontation between pictorial elements and the memory of the intensity of political violence in Peru.

The exhibition features works of painting, sculpture, video, photography, ceramics and embroidery.

An exhibition in homage to the doctor, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Eduardo Gastelumendi curated by the artist Rhony Alhalel. Armando Williams shows the work Pintura 11 along with other pieces that invite us to reflect on our relationship with nature. The collection of modern and contemporary art includes paintings, drawings, engravings, sculptures, photographs and videos, among other contemporary artistic techniques and media, belonging to representative artists of Peruvian art from the beginning of the 20th century to the present.
The museum is exhibiting part of its collection of modern and contemporary art in its permanent exhibition. Among the works you can find one by Armando Williams, a student forced into a vehicle by police officers, whose lifeless body was found the following day in 2009.
